Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025 · Governing law: Malaysia
Important Disclaimer
CloudMark is an independent study platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, or any other certification body. Practice questions are original educational content created to help learners study the knowledge domains covered by certification exams. They are not reproductions of actual exam questions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudMark ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
2. Description of Service
The Platform provides:
- Practice exam questions for cloud certification study
- Study notes based on publicly available documentation
- AI-powered explanations to help understand concepts
- Score tracking and progress history
The Platform does not guarantee that use of the service will result in passing any certification exam. Results vary by individual effort and study habits.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Platform — including but not limited to AI-generated practice questions, custom explanations, study notes, and platform design — is the intellectual property of CloudMark.
Third-party certification names (AWS, Azure, CLF-C02, SAA-C03, AZ-104, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names is for descriptive identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
4. User Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to purchase access.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You may not share your account or access credentials with others.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the content available at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for users in Malaysia, and in US Dollars (USD) for international users. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue or provide a full refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change prices. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, copy, or resell platform content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent our content as actual certification exam questions
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, CloudMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including failure to pass a certification exam. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
